Our Previous Projects
ATCONZ
Akad International takes pride in executing successful real estate projects that have made a significant impact in Iraq and the region through one of its subsidiaries, ATCONZ Real Estate Development. One of the company's flagship projects is the New Azadi in Erbil City, which stands as one of Iraq's first integrated projects with the highest international standards. The project commenced in 2010, covering an area of 750,000 square meters (300 donums), consisting of 600 standalone villas, commercial facilities, and comprehensive infrastructure including an electricity station, and water treatment plants.
